Cartoons of the Week – Herman!  I can’t help it!  HERMAN is always so unexpectedly ‘out there’ or ‘offbeat’ that it almost always cracks me up!!  Here are two I hadn’t seen:  Herman.Wife, and  Herman.Husband.  Enjoy!
