A Cannibal Chief and his Wife . . . Decades ago, I taught an experimental campus-wide Seminar entitled “Creativity and Problem Solving”. One of the early assignments was to write a limerick using the first line “A cannibal chief and his wife . . .” This was my favorite submission. To this day, it still strikes me as exceedingly clever.
