Amazing Location of the Week: Iceland What a sneaky way to get in more pics from the big trip! But all these locations are amazing, so . . . Here we see a small glimpse of the famous black beaches of Southern Iceland along with the “Three Trolls” formation in the distance. (Legend has it that the rocks are three trolls, caught out too late and frozen by the early morning sunlight.)
Amazing Location of the Week: Scotland The beautiful village of Kinlock Rannoch in the central Scottish highlands, seems to be frozen in time. Crossing the (one-lane!) bridge in this picture leads directly into the Village Center. (A block or two to the left from the bridge was our delightful cottage home for over a week, and a similar distance beyond that leads to the western end of Loch Rannoch.)
Amazing Location of the Week: Norway How marvelously Norwegian can you get?! 1) Part of a typical Norwegian village . . . 2) underneath one of the ever-present waterfalls . . . 3) at the edge of a beautiful fjord!
