Krazy Pic 1 Ah, yes, that would indeed be a problem. Here is today’s nugget of wisdom.
Krazy Pic 2 The category is “Understatement of the Week”. I think we might have a winner.
Cartoon of the Week You may have to think about this for a few seconds. (Should it be a Pesky Puzzler?) But it’ll hit you, and I think you’ll get a kick out of it.
Curiosity of the Week Do any of you have a (past or current) ‘winning streak’ of voting for the correct President? I’m willing to bet you can’t beat this guy! (He was from Missouri – I guess he ‘showed ’em’)
CORRECTION In the ‘Curiosity’ entry of the previous Mailing (SEP 1 – the farmer still plowing at 122!), my fingers typed the wrong birth and death dates. I’ve corrected it now, but I accidentally made him look like he lived to age 142!) Thanks to Pat Campbell for spotting this.
Isn’t Math Wonderful? Amazing and beautiful patterns from boring fractions? And a really neat bonus at the end?! I’d known about these first patterns, but have only recently stumbled onto this marvelous bonus Don’t miss this just because the word ‘math’ is in there.
Pesky Puzzlers 25.15 & 25.16 I’m pleased to share that FIVE readers – Frank Green, Jenni Wall, Amy Ragsdale, Don Hayes, and Christine Porter – all submitted previous Puzzler solutions with correct answers! Congrats! This version of the Puzzlers is almost as easy as before (only 6.28% trickier, by a very scientific rating system), and involves words, letters, weird addition, lining up friends, and spending $63! Check out these new Puzzlers as well as see the solutions to the old ones.
