Krazy Pic 1  I took this picture over 35 years (and 2 or 3 cameras) ago, and recently stumbled onto it again.  Talk about both fascinating and weird!!  It looks like the world’s slowest falling dominoes to me!  I wonder how 35 years has changed the picture!

Krazy Pic 2  Things that make you wonder all day.  And won’t go away.  🙂

Cartoon of the Week The cartoon Zits is relatively new, and has become a favorite of mine, as well as my son’s.  The humor is often wry and understated, and humorous parent/offspring relations are often a target. This recent one got us both laughing, and is a perfect example:  Let’sTalkSon.

Guest Voice  In the last mailing, one of the Krazy Pics was related to snow.  In response, subscriber Nancy English sent in a poem entitled Lion in Winter.  (You might have seen it in the Comments.)  I liked it and secured her permission to use it as a Guest Voice.  See the link to read and learn more about Nancy.

More Guest Voices?  Nancy’s GV above reinforces that Guest Voices can take many forms!  And you know I’m always looking for them!  Take another look at the GuestVoiceThoughts&Guidelines, and why not submit your own?

Nov/Dec ’18 Brain Teasers Solutions/Submitters It appears folks are done with these, so time to wrap up:  Here is the SUMMARY of Solutions & Submitters (and More).

Ongoing Jan/Feb Brain Teasers Three new BTs have been added to the Jan/Feb BTs.  Join the fun!

February Birthdays We continue our (futile?) struggle to acknowledge all subscribers’ birthdays.  Here are the February Birthdays of which we are aware.  (Are we missing yours?)

Marilyn and Me . . . and the 50 Coins  Over twenty years ago, I had a most interesting communication with Marilyn vos Savant, which I had amusing reasons to recall recently.  The funny story, along with the educational implications were shared in my latest column.  (Appeared Jan 24, 2019).

The Magic of a Story  Recalling a spiritual mentor’s frequent words, and the re-discovery of a book, led to the educational parables related in this column.  The News-Leader column for Dec 27, 2018.
