Senility Sometimes Pays Off 🙂 Right up until this past Saturday, I had used as this week’s PHOTO a nice peaceful scene of a boathouse on Lake Samish near Bellingham, WA. Sound familiar? It should, as I featured it back in September!! 🙂 (I only found it when I went to feature/reprise the other Lake Samish photos I remembered sharing. Sigh.) ANYWAY, while I was playing with that, I found another interesting shot. This is similar to the September Photo, but has a neat ‘happening’ in the reflection! See LS Boathouse 2.

This Week’s Cartoons I used to really like the comic strip SHOE. I thought it had disappeared, and was pleased to discover that it’s still current (unless these – like Peanuts & Doonesbury – are reruns, but I don’t think so.) Here are a couple of recent ones (last 2 weeks). There’s a GREAT subtle pun in one of them – I might have missed it, if it didn’t figure so prominently in the punch line! See Shoe 1 and Shoe 2. And they’re in color! 🙂
