Young Missouri River – Near Helena, MT
One of my most favorite (and often-shared) shots of the River from the entire seven-week trip! It helped me fall in love with the River – and the Big Sky Country of Montana! The shot was taken (in early Aug, ’16) just north of Helena, and though you’d never guess it, you can actually see part of Interstate 5 in the upper right! Absolutely beautiful scenery.
