The picture was taken in Summer 1984 at St. Mary’s College in St. Mary’s, MD.  St. Mary’s City is the first settlement in Maryland (and its first capital), having been founded in 1634.  After 35 years, are the trees still standing? (I suspect yes, but . . .?)
