Real or Staged?
Why would it even occur to you to try to stage this (unless for a movie)? (On the other hand, is it suspicious that the ‘filming car’ manages to stop?)

Good one. Had to double check, but the vehicle IS using its left turn signal indicating it was about to change lanes. As is usually the case, the cyclist is traveling too fast to control his ‘trike’. Regarding how quickly the filming car stopped – don’t you think having a cycle wedged under your front end probably enables you to stop faster?
Thanks, Daphne! Good points 🙂 Yes, I believe having a cycle wedged underneath would be good motivation to stop fast (but the film doesn’t look like the brakes are slammed on, either?)
I’m deducing you’re voting for real-not-staged, and I’m glad. And I think I agree. The determining factor for me is that it’s just TOO hard to ‘practice’ . . . you wouldn’t get many ‘misses’ to learn from, would you?
Wow!
I would have to agree, Deba! 🙂
