The sign reminds me of one we saw while climbing a volcano in Costa Rica. The volcano produced boulders and gases rather than the typical lava. So as we were climbing the cloud-enshrouded “mountain,” we could hear boulders bouncing down from above, but couldn’t see them. Suddenly, we came upon the sign: “STOP!!! DANGER OF DEAD!” We retreated. (There was no mention of a fine.)
