Sweepstakes Drawing Logistics

As you may remember, each subscriber (as of Oct 31) was given one automatic entry into the Sweepstakes, and all month, subscribers had several opportunities to earn other entries in a variety of ways.
All ‘extra’ earned entries were added to the total, yielding a list of 275 total entries.   These names were listed in an order known only to me, and then numbered.  Anita Dixon, Sweepstakes Assistant then joined the ‘drawing’ by phone, and her job was to generate (by computer) random numbers from 1 to 275.  She could not see the way I arranged the list, and I could not see her running of the random numbers.
During the drawing, we started with the Grand Prize first, and moved down the list.  Anita would tell me the random number, and I would call out the name from the list, and we would both write it down.  (After the drawing, I sent her the list with numbers affording her the opportunity to double-check the work on my end.)
A subscriber was only allowed to win one prize, so if a number appeared twice (which happened), it was noted, but ignored in terms of awarding a (lesser) prize, and we continued until all 52 prizes were awarded.
