1.  Except as listed in #2 below, all Weekly Photo/Sharing subscribers (including those added in October) are eligible for any of the prizes – and each subscriber is automatically entered in the Sweepstakes once.
2.  The following subscribers are NOT eligible to win the GRAND PRIZE:  Larry & Pat Campbell; Jeff & Keith Campbell and Becky Austin (siblings); Adam Campbell and Christi Campbell Walters (offspring); and Anita Dixon (Sweepstakes assistant & judge).
3.  Subscribers may increase their number of entries in several different ways, as described in the OktoberFest Sweepstakes document.  Entries will be accepted in any acceptable form until midnight (Central Daylight time) on October 31.   Any discrepancies and/or incidents not covered in this document shall be decided by the Sweepstakes judges in the fairest possible fashion,  and their decision will be final.
4.  Questions about ANY aspect of the Sweepstakes may be asked at any time by contacting Larry Campbell (using Contact Form, e-mail, and/or phone), and will be answered as quickly as possible.
5.  Drawing for the prizes (see #6) will be conducted no earlier than Saturday, November 1 at noon, and no later than Monday, November 3 at noon.  Results will be officially announced in the November 10 Weekly Photo/Sharing, and winners will (if possible) be notified during the week before.
6.  The drawings will be conducted by the Sweepstakes judges with a double-blind process, using a spreadsheet of subscribers and a random number generator.  The Grand Prize(s) will be awarded first, followed by First, Second, Third, Fourth, and Fifth prizes.   Each subscriber will have his/her name entered as many times as the number of entries they have been awarded, but any given subscriber can only win ONE prize.
7.  Any subscriber wishing to ‘attend’ the drawing (see #6) electronically should contact Larry Campbell by noon on Wednesday, October 29.
