Eileen Donan Castle – Scotland
One of my (many!) favorite shots from our 2015 trip to Scotland. (Doubt we’ll get to see it again in ’23.) Eilean Donan is a small tidal island situated at the confluence of three sea lochs in the western Highlands of Scotland, about 1 kilometer (less than a mile) from the village of Dornie. Taken in May 2015.
