Krazy Pic 1 I’m thinking there might have been an easier way to say this?
KrazyPic 2 Ya gotta concede: It does appear that directions were followed here!
Bird Humor! I’m not sure if this is an Astute Observation, a Clever Caption, or Krazy Pic 3. Perhaps it’s a little of all three! Sent along by my brother-in-law Carl Garrett (with no aspersions to either his wife or his sister, I’m sure!)
Brain Teaser Bonanza We’re just into August, and we’ve already had BT submissions from 7 subscribers! Join the fun, and let’s set a record! Three new BTs this time and all 3 will be familiar to some of you!
Attention Technology Gurus! And HELP! Win a Prize! I need an expert. As you can imagine, I have folders full of pics and gifs that I often go to for the latest Krazy Pics. Lately, I can’t seem to access the gifs (and isolated other stuff?) – I get some kind of “HTTP Error”. (I can open them, but not upload them) Anyone who can successfully help me identify (and correct) this glitch will win his/her choice of A) a $25 gift card or B) a 50% discount on the “Rollin’ Down the River” book. If you think you can help, please contact me.
Good Call, Dr. Dixon! Remember last week’s Krazy Pic about the arithmetic mistake on cupcakes ? Former colleague Al Dixon suggests it can easily be fixed: One tiny bit of slanted icing can make the equal sign ( = ) into an unequal sign ( ≠ ) !
A Medical Model for Preparing Teachers? There’s no question that a teacher’s first year teaching is far and away the hardest. It’s not good for the teacher, the students, or the profession. The Dean of Education at University of Michigan wants to give new teachers as much support as new doctors get. An interesting idea – worth keeping an eye on! This week’s column in the Springfield News-Leader.
