Cartoons -Far Side We continue our exploration of some of the old ‘classic’ cartoon strips. This week we feature The Far Side, whose humor is almost as off-beat as Herman. Once again, there are two strips. See Far Side 1 and Far Side 2. Again, the first one is one of my all-time favorites!!
Airbus Stunt – WOW! I just stumbled on to this. Last fall Airbus did a formation-flying stunt to promote its new Airbus 350. Imagine 5 Airbuses flying the same kind of formations that jet fighters do! It’s a COOL video. It runs 6 minutes, but if you don’t want to see the background, you can start at about 2:00 with the take-offs, and the flying formations start about 3:15. Neat stuff! See Airbus Stunt.
Riddles (and Answers!) Subscriber Joshua Walters (my favorite son-in-law!) sent this along last week, and it seems like fun. It’s called “18 Ridiculously Corny Riddles You Won’t Be Able to Solve” and the answers are provided for each riddle.
