Wild Cards! 3/23/15

Cartoons of the Week:  Calvin (& Hobbes), the Detective!   One of my 3 favorite Calvin & Hobbes is one where Calvin is a detective trying to solve a stereotypical Word Problem (ugh). I don’t think I ever realized it was part of a series that ran all that week (Feb 5 – 10, 1990).  Here’s a sample: First, my favorite:  C&H Detective.  Then the two strips right before and after !

Krazy Pic  PersonallyI suspect some Photoshop ‘tampering’ with this shot.  LONG time (boyhood) friend (and subscriber) Dan Mathis sent it to me some time back, but offered no opinions.  🙂   What do YOU think??  See Smiley Krazy Pic.

Brain Teasers Answers  For answers to the last 2 weeks’ BTs, see Various Answers.

Creativity Challenges for Word Lovers (and Others!)  Did you catch the bumbling-but-sneaky preview of these that I put in last week’s Wild Cards? (I’ll list it again with the link below.) Here are some Challenges for ANY of us, but particularly those who like to play with words and/or use their creativity!  See Creativity Challenges for the fun!!

Explore our new Facebook Page!  (Repeated from last week :-)).  AfterMath Enterprises has a new Facebook page! It needs suggestions.  Will you help??  A)  Visit the page:  FB Page  B) If you’re willing, LIKE the page and SHARE it with your friends. (I’m trying to get over 100 ‘likes’ and we’re at 97!).  C)  Feel free to give me ANY input on any phase of the page!!  (Most of you are more FB-savvy than I am!  I need ideas!).  Help me out with ANY of those, & I’ll double the amount I’ve left you in my will!!  :-).
